Somatic Healing for
Nervous System Regulation
A body-centered approach for women who tried talking therapy but still don’t feel safe in their bodies.

For women with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout and chronic issues. To help you feel calm, grounded, and connected to yourself again.

Somatic healing teaches your nervous system how to feel safe again by working with the body — because stress, overwhelm, trauma and burnout are stored physically as chronic pain, tension, fatigue and other illnesses, not only mentally.

I use gentle, science-backed practices like breathwork, movement, mindfulness and other somatic tools to help women who feel exhausted, stressed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that talking therapy hasn’t shifted.

My approach is simple, effective, and trauma-informed, following a clear four-step process:
-
Reconnection to cultivate body awareness and rebuild a healthy relationship with internal signals.
-
Release to discharge accumulated stress patterns stored in the body as tension and pain.
-
Regulation to strengthen nervous system stability and improve stress resilience and recovery.
-
Routine to integrate these shifts into daily life until they become consistent and sustainable.

As your system learns safety, reactivity decreases, resilience grows, and chronic symptoms naturally reduce and often fully heal.
A Body-Based Path to Healing

Grounded in science. Shaped by lived experience.
I never planned to work as a somatic healing coach.
I also didn’t come to this work through theory alone.
I found it through my own experience with complex trauma and burnout.

My healing began through somatic, body-based work — learning how to regulate my nervous system from the inside out, and finally listening to and honouring a body that had long been neglected.

That experience changed my life and clarified my purpose: to support other women with similar experiences in moving from survival toward steadiness, ease, and a more connected and grounded way of living.

To have energy, feel excited and find joy again in their lives - again.
